    Our policy gives you the right to request reimbursement if our service failed to fulfil its duties towards you. Our satisfaction rate is high. However, sometimes things can go wrong, and in these cases, you can always refer to our refund policy. We want to emphasize that there are only certain situations when we can offer a full refund.

    Before lodging a refund request, we request our customers to read the following carefully. As per our refund policy, we assess all requests on a case-to-case basis to understand the reasons for a refund request. Please note that we may require documented proof from your side as to why the refund request is made. Your request for a refund will be processed as per these terms within the refund period.
    Onlinespss.com will continue to provide quality services to its customers and in case there is any major issue or disappointment, they can ask us to refund their money under the following terms and conditions. The following are the important points of the policy:

    You can qualify for a 100% refund if:

    • There was a payment mistake (identical orders, duplicate payment, etc)
    • We are not able to provide you with a suitable tutor.
    • When we miss the agreed submission deadline by more than 120 hours.
    • The order has been confirmed and shared with the tutor. You can cancel your order within three (3) hours after receiving your payment.

    You will be eligible for a 90% refund if:

    • The tutor has not been assigned to your order, and less than a half of the deadline passed; the payment was received, transaction and refund fees should be covered. (168 Hours Time Frame and above)

    You will be eligible for a 70% refund if:

    • The tutor had been assigned, and less than a half of the deadline passed; the tutor has already started working on your order and should be compensated. (168 Hours Time Frame and above)

    You will be eligible for a 50% refund if:

    • The tutor had been assigned to your case, and more than a half of the deadline passed.
    • We are not able to provide you with a tutor for your revision. (168 Hours Time Frame and above)


    IMPORTANT NOTE-1: Disputed claims: If the customer is not satisfied with the quality and specifications of the work and would like to get a refund instead, the team would be obliged to take the concerns into consideration and rectify the issues. Based on the plan opted for, the customer can request revisions from us about the initial results and revisions requests are performed free of charge. Work Not As Described: In case the customer is still not satisfied, the customer has a right to request a refund by providing relevant evidence/documentary proof within 3 days of receiving the work. The refund claim will be approved or denied based on the result of the investigation which is highly dependent on the facts of the case and documentary evidence provided by the customer. Owing to the nature of the work which is subjective, a customer may have an opinion about the quality of the work and delivery which is different from that of the tutor and your refund claim for the data analysis results will be evaluated by our Quality Assurance Department. In order to avoid any wrong evaluation and In order to recheck the analysis results; software output files for the orders are provided to the customer along with the analysis report.

    IMPORTANT NOTE-2: Order cancellations; If you placed an order and would like to cancel it, you must submit a cancellation request within two hours of the payment. The request must be in writing and may be through any of our support channels: email, live chat, WhatsApp, or through the website. We cannot accept order cancellations after two (3) hours of payment. In case the order has been assigned to the tutor and the work is in progress, no refund will be issued. This is because the tutor who is working on your order should get compensation for the work. A full refund will not be given for a delivered order within the agreed time.

    IMPORTANT NOTE-3: Please note that you have ten (10) days to approve the completed order(s). Once the order files are dispatched, we will be waiting for feedback/comments (if any) from the client/researcher for up to ten (10) days. Time for approval is calculated automatically from the moment the last version of the order was sent to your email ID (alternatively, via WhatsApp) and the deadline passed. After time has passed, the paper, homework, assignment, thesis, project, etc. (or the part of the thesis) is approved automatically. From the 10th day, any thesis/assignment/homework/project will be considered officially closed and any modifications irrespective of whether minor or major revisions will be considered as a new requirement for which the following payment pattern may apply. There is no refund for a closed file.

    IMPORTANT NOTE-4: We do not provide a write-up service for an entire thesis/dissertation/paper/assignment/project, etc. (E.g; If you are looking for a tutor who will write up your entire dissertation we are sorry to say that we won’t be able to accept your order) We do not provide an essay writing service to customers for studies directly. We don’t guarantee any particular grade and you cannot ask for a refund. We provide data analysis services for the task using technological statistical tools. (E.g: IBM SPSS, R-studio, etc.) We guarantee to provide you with a high-quality solution with perfect formatting, grammar, and structure in a timely manner. For example; If you aim to get an A-plus or 50/100 in your paper and expect us to guarantee that, it is not possible. We don’t guarantee any particular grade and you cannot ask for a refund in case you were poorly assessed. We certainly cannot guarantee a specific grade as it totally depends on the professor/supervisor’s overall evaluation throughout the semester/term. This detail is valid for all works. It will take some time to resolve the dispute: communicate with the tutor, send the paper for evaluation, etc. Sometimes we may ask for additional materials or evidence to support your request. Each case is reviewed separately; every decision concerning refund is taken after careful consideration. The refund percentage is suggested independently in each case. Failure to provide the information required for dispute resolution within ten days will result in the annulment of the dispute and the dispute will be closed automatically. No refund will be possible thereafter.

    IMPORTANT NOTE-8: If you opened a case for the order, we will be ready to solve this dispute for a resolution. All documents/materials/e-mail correspondences will be sent to the relevant institution. The resolution of a dispute depends upon the complexity and scope of the work. Your file will be closed automatically after the decision. Please note that it usually takes 1-6 weeks.

    IMPORTANT NOTE-9: If we agree on a revision of work, there must be a minimum of 36-72 hours as the tutor may be located in a different time zone. Any delay in the revised version of the task cannot be claimed for a refund.

    IMPORTANT NOTE-10: When asking for a full refund, you don’t have the right to use the results and all the additional materials we provided you within the course of the work. We have all copyright for all orders. All these materials become the property of our company, and we reserve the right to publish the paper online for commercial purposes. We do not keep any kind of essay databases and ‘publish online’ means that if the paper is googled or checked with any kind of anti-plagiarism software, it will link back to our website. If a customer continues to use the material we provided without our consent in a refund situation official notice may be sent to the relevant institution or organization. Thanks to special software tools, it will be able to be easily determined whether the paper we provide is used by the customer or not in the institution/university/organization. At this point, the customer will have committed an official crime and legal action will be initiated. This is done to protect our writer’s work in those cases when a customer claims a refund for the paper that has already been completed.
