Refund Policy

The refund policy is meant to secure your payments in case of non-receipt of services or in case of duplicate payment. When you place an order on our website, we assume that you have read and agree to all the policies stated. Money-Back Guarantee is the policy of refunds, which is applicable to OnlineSPSS.com We have devised a proper money refund policy for our customers that is mentioned below.

Before lodging a refund request, we request our customers to read the following carefully. As per our refund policy, we assess all requests on a case-to-case basis to understand the reasons for a refund request. Please note that we may require a documented proof from your side as to why the refund request is made. Your request for a refund will be processed as per these terms within the refund period.
Onlinespss.com will continue to provide quality services to its customers and in case there is any major issue or disappointment, they can ask us to refund their money under the following terms and conditions. Following are the important points of the policy:

You can qualify for a 100% refund if:

  • There was a payment mistake (identical orders, double payment, etc)
  • We are not able to provide you with a suitable tutor.
  • When we miss the agreed submission deadline by more than 24 hours.
  • The order has been confirmed and shared with the tutor. You can cancel your order within two (2) hours after receiving your payment.

You will be eligible for a 90% refund if:

  • The tutor has not been assigned to your order, and less than a half of the deadline passed; the payment was received, transaction and refund fees should be covered.

You will be eligible for a 70% refund if:

  • The tutor had been assigned, and less than a half of the deadline passed; the tutor has already started working on your order and should be compensated.

You will be eligible for a 50% refund if:

  • The tutor had been assigned to your case, and more than a half of the deadline passed.
  • We are not able to provide you with a tutor for your revision.

IMPORTANT POINTS TO NOTE:

IMPORTANT NOTE-1: Order cancellations; If you placed an order and would like to cancel it, you must submit a cancellation request within two hours of the payment. The request must be in writing and may be through any of our support channels: email, live chat, SMS, or through the website. We cannot accept order cancellations after two (2) hours of payment. In case if the order has been assigned to the tutor and the work is in progress, no refund will be issued. This is because the tutor who is working on your order should get compensation for the work.

IMPORTANT NOTE-2: Please note that you have seven (7) days to approve the completed order(s). Once the order files are dispatched, we will be waiting for feedback/comments (if any) from the client/researcher for up to seven (7) days. Time for approval is calculated automatically from the moment the last version of the order was sent to your email ID and the deadline passed. After the time has passed, the paper, homework, assignment, thesis, project, etc. (or the part of the thesis) is approved automatically. From the 8th day, any thesis/assignment/homework/project will be considered as officially closed and any modifications irrespective of whether minor or major revisions will be considered as a new requirement for which the following payment pattern applies.

IMPORTANT NOTE-3: We don’t guarantee any particular grade and you cannot ask for a refund in case you were poorly assessed. For example; If you aim to get an A-plus in your paper and expect us to guarantee that, it is not possible. We guarantee to provide you with a high-quality solution with perfect formatting, grammar, and structure, but we certainly cannot guarantee a specific grade as it totally depends on the student’s overall performance throughout the semester/term. We guarantee that the report’s plagiarism level is lower than 15% (not including bibliographical references and cliched phrases); that we follow all your instructions; that we follow the formatting requirements that you state; that we conduct the necessary research; that we comply with the formal standard English style. Please mind that for a plagiarism-free guarantee we have to take this into consideration.

IMPORTANT NOTE-4: When the order could not be delivered because of any issue from the client’s side(E.g; if there is a delay for the second installment in the partial payment) a refund will not be made.

IMPORTANT NOTE-5: If you wish to get a complete return, then the refund request can be made only within three days of receiving your order. The Quality Assurance Department Occupy will have all rights to make a final decision respecting a refund by considering all the evidence. Cancellations For a completed order/orders; A maximum of 50 percent refund is made for items that are canceled after starting work on the order and not delivered to the customer.
If the item has been delivered to the customer at an agreed time; and amendment/correction/revision has been not requested by the customer only a partial refund is made for the order if they can provide us evidence documents (official grade etc.) Tutor costs its VAT is non-refundable and then the file is closed after a partial refund is made within the scope of customer satisfaction.

IMPORTANT NOTE-6 In case of a dispute, you will have to provide strong reasons, examples to back up your claim. It will take some time to resolve the dispute: communicate with the tutor, send the paper for evaluation, etc. Sometimes we may ask for additional materials or evidence to support your request. Each case is reviewed separately; every decision concerning refund is taken after careful consideration. The refund percentage is suggested independently in each case. Failure to provide the information required for dispute resolution within 3 days will result in the annulment of the dispute and the dispute will be closed automatically. No refund will be possible thereafter.

IMPORTANT NOTE-7: If you live on the territory of the European Union and paid VAT in the process of the payment transaction, you do not receive it back for a refund. You get back only the money or a percent of the price stated in the prices section of the website. VAT is non-refundable.

IMPORTANT NOTE-8: If we agree on a revision of work, there must be a minimum of 36-72 hours as the tutor may be located in a different time zone. Any delay in the revised version of the task cannot be claimed for a refund.

IMPORTANT NOTE-9: When asking for a full refund, you don’t have the right to use the paper and all the additional materials we provided you with in the course of work. We have all copyright for all orders. All these materials become the property of our company, and we reserve the right to publish the paper online for commercial purposes. We do not keep any kind of essay databases and ‘publish on-line’ means that if the paper is googled or checked with any kind of anti-plagiarism software, it will link back to our website. If a customer continues to use the material we provided without our consent in a refund situation official notice may be sent to the relevant institution or organization. Thanks to special software tools, it will be able to be easily determined whether the paper we provide is used by the customer or not in the university. At this point, the customer will have committed an official crime and legal action will be initiated. This is done to protect our writer’s work in those cases when a customer claims a refund for the paper that has already been completed.

IMPORTANT NOTE-10: When the order could not be delivered because of any issue from the client’s side(e.g; if there is a delay for the second installment in the partial payment), a refund will not be made.

Please Note: Refunds are only made if any of the above-mentioned term and condition is being satisfied and the Quality Assurance Department approves the case.
If your claim does not fall under any of the above-mentioned clauses then you are not entitled to a refund and hence no refund will be furnished.
