- The tutor has not been assigned to your order, and less than a half of the deadline passed; the payment was received, transaction and refund fees should be covered.
You will be eligible for a 50% refund if:
- A tutor has been assigned to your case, and more than half of the deadline has elapsed.
- We are unable to assign a tutor for your revision.

IMPORTANT NOTE-1:Disputed Claims: If the customer is dissatisfied with the quality and specifications of the work and prefers a refund instead, the team is obligated to consider the concerns and address the issues. Depending on the chosen plan, customers can request revisions for the initial results, and these revision requests are carried out free of charge. Work Not as Described: If the customer remains unsatisfied, they have the right to request a refund by submitting relevant evidence or documentary proof within 3 days of receiving the work. The refund claim will be assessed based on the outcome of an investigation, which heavily relies on the facts and evidence provided by the customer. Due to the subjective nature of the work, a customer’s perception of the quality and delivery may differ from that of the tutor. The approval timeline is automatically calculated from the moment the latest version of the order is sent to your email ID (alternatively, via WhatsApp), and it concludes once the deadline has elapsed.
